Review: I would like to express my utmost satisfaction with my experience working with Arkadiy. It has been a long time since I encountered such a professional, friendly, and reliable approach. I needed to obtain apostilles for Czech educational certificates, as well as a Criminal Record Certificate with an apostille. The entire process went incredibly smoothly and quickly. The documents were delivered in the morning via PPL, and that very same day, Arkadiy obtained the apostilles for the educational certificates, secured the Criminal Record Certificate with an apostille, and immediately sent all the documents back to us. I appreciate not only the speed but also the excellent communication, willingness to help, attention to detail, and complete transparency regarding the costs and the entire process. Everything went exactly as agreed, without the slightest complication and with the utmost attention to the client's needs. It is clear that he approaches his work with genuine dedication, responsibility, and commitment. Review: I contacted this company for assistance with legalizing a marriage certificate issued in Prague. Arkadiy promptly clarified what needed to be done for the document to be accepted by the migration authorities in China – we settled on obtaining an apostille. For the apostille process, I sent the original document to Prague, everything arrived without issues, and Arkadiy processed the apostille as quickly as possible before sending it back to me. The migration office accepted the document without any problems (I only needed to add a Chinese translation). I highly recommend this firm, the processing time was minimal, I checked other companies, and their estimated processing times were 2-3 times longer. Thank you so much for your help!

Review: I needed to obtain a criminal record certificate with an apostille from the Czech Republic. Everything was done extremely quickly (considering the delivery times via Russian post (of course, you could use DHL, which would be much faster, or send it within Europe instead of Russia)). I'm a very meticulous person and tend to ask a lot of questions. With Arkadiy, all my questions were answered in full even before I had a chance to ask them. Everything was very clear, he was always available, very professional, respectful, polite, and any other positive adjectives you can think of. A huge thank you for your work!!!
