Comprehensive Legal Entity Services in the Czech Republic
First and foremost, we provide a full range of services related to legal entities in the Czech Republic and everything associated with them. We can establish a new company for you from scratch or offer a range of ready-made (shelf) legal entities. We assist with making changes to existing organizations. We handle complex matters involving legal entities with European VAT and joint-stock companies. We also specialize in the liquidation of Czech legal entities.
Documents, Extracts, and Certificates from the Czech Republic
We assist with the preparation and certification of any document from the Czech Republic, which remains highly relevant in 2026. We can arrange apostille certification for any Czech document and help obtain criminal record certificates and other extracts from state registers (the Real Estate Cadastre, Commercial Register, Civil Registry, etc.) – all of this can be provided remotely. We handle all documents and certificates from Czech Civil Registry Offices. We also assist with preparing powers of attorney in the Czech Republic for use in third countries.
Additional Business Services
We also provide a range of additional services, usually related to doing business or owning a legal entity in the Czech Republic.
